Shipping & Returns LOW COST DELIVERY! ALL Standard UK ORDERS over £30.00 - FREE OF CHARGE DELIVERY All other UK orders £1.99 delivery INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - We are happy to ship orders worldwide. Shipping costs will vary depending on the destination of the order. You will be advised on checkout of the exact shipping costs for your order. Delivery Times during Sale We aim to ship orders within 3 working days of receipt. However, due to the high volume of orders we are receiving during our sale it may take up to 7 days to process your order. We send all of our items by Royal Mail First Class. You can expect to receive your order within 10 working days. Refunds Policy We want all of our customers to be happy with the products and service that they receive from The Crystal Casket. However, if you wish to exercise your right to cancel an order you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your goods. We will ask you to return the items to us in good condition, suitable for resale. On receipt of the goods we will issue you with a full refund. In the rare event that your goods are faulty, again please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will normally offer a replacement item. If for any reason this is not possible we will offer a full refund for the item. We will ask that you return the faulty item to us where a replacement or refund is issued. Please note: In some instances, it may take up to 30 days to source a replacement item but we will keep you fully informed of progress. Complaints Procedure We hope that you will be very happy with our service however in the rare event that you are not we would ask that you notify us by email or telephone in the first instance. If we are unable to rectify the situation we would then ask that you put your complaint in writing and send it to Customer Services, The Crystal Casket, Fen View, Chase Road, Benwick, March, Cambs PE15 0XS so that we can follow the correct procedure to deal with the complaint. Please include your name, address and daytime telephone number and details of your order. We promise to contact you in writing within 7 days of receipt of your letter.
